My Approach

Anything is possible when you have the right people there to support you!

I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship. It is a dynamic and symbiotic relationship that can bring you life altering results, but it is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is WORK!  If you are ready to do the work I am ready to be your trusted guide through the healing process of therapy.

My therapeutic style is eclectic, focusing on strategies that increase awareness, understanding and resilience while utilizing evidence-based interventions from the following therapies; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Family Systems, and Mindfulness.
