Individual Therapy (50 mins)
I feel strongly that the therapy process is a dynamic relationship between therapist and client. YOU are the expert of you and as a therapist I am here to use my expertise to assist YOU with meeting YOUR goals. I have significant experience working with a variety of populations including adults, older adults, Veterans, LGBTQIA+, and families.
Whether dealing with a complex trauma or just needing help through a difficult time, in our therapy sessions we will work together to address current challenges you are facing and work towards increased awareness and generating mental flexibility with the goal of adopting new, more positive attitudes and feelings towards life's difficult situations.
Due to COVID, I currently only offer therapy sessions virtually for safety of myself and my clients. In-office sessions will resume once IL state officials determine it is safe to have face to face sessions.
